  • How often should my vehicle be serviced?
  • It's recommended that your vehicle be serviced every 3 months or 3,750 miles.
  • Do I need to make an appointment before I bring my vehicle in for service?
  • No, most times you can just come in! Basic services, as outlined in your vehicle's maintenance guide, can often be done through our Express Service. These services are completed quickly while you wait. Express Service runs from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Mon-Sat right here at our dealership. Please note that major services and warranty requests do require an appt.
  • Who do I call if my vehicle stops operating?
  • All new Infiniti vehicles come with free 24/7 Roadside Assistance for 4 years or 60,000 miles (whichever comes first). The Roadside Assistance # is (800) 662-6200 and is available anywhere in the U.S. It is available for all vehicle operating emergencies, including lockouts, flat tires, and empty gas. You can also contact Infiniti of Kirkland's Service Department at (888) 378-8970 during business hours for assistance. Additionally, Infiniti also provides trip interruption coverage (please consult your manual for details).
  • What do I do if the battery goes dead in my remote?
  • Remove your key from the back of the remote to unlock your vehicle. Once unlocked, place your key back into the remote and insert the whole key fob into the left side of the dash to start your vehicle. Contact Infiniti Roadside Assistance at (800) 662-6200 or Infiniti of Kirkland's Service Department at (888) 378-8970 if your vehicle still will not start. Proper replacement batteries can be obtained through Infiniti of Kirkland's Parts Department.
  • Does Infiniti of Kirkland offer free loaner vehicles?
  • Yes, we happily provide loaner vehicles at no charge for all scheduled appointments 11/2 hours or longer.
  • Do you offer reimbursement for the 520 toll?
  • Yes! Infiniti of Kirkland will cover and/or reimburse you for all 520 toll expenses on trips made between where you live/work and our dealership. Our loaner vehicles are all equipped with Washington's "Good to Go" passes for your convenience.
  • Does Infiniti of Kirkland accept late night and early bird vehicle drop-off?
  • Yes. You may drop off your vehicle at our dealership or have your vehicle towed to our dealership at any time. A drop off slot for your keys is located on the outside door leading into our service garage.
  • What is the best way to schedule a service appointment?
  • Appointments can be made online, through our smartphone apps, or by calling us directly at (888) 378-8970.
