This was my first visit to the service department. Linda the service advisor came out to greet me before I figured out where the entrance was. She made me feel right at home in her office. I was surprised that I never ended up anywhere near the actual service facility. She reviewed my car's prior service history (I had purchased the vehicle used). Then recommended the appropriate service. The mechanic discovered a problem with bushings, Linda checked with my extended warranty, and that work was completed on the spot saving me a return trip. The offer of a latte was also very nice even if I did not have one. The bill was also very reasonable. It was service with a smile all the way. Bravo.
